Possibly the most striking thing you see when you enter the museum is the fuselage of a C-47 Dakota. Visitors can walk inside this famous “Band of Brothers” aircraft, and experience what it was like to have been a paratrooper on D-Day.
See genuine artefacts and equipment from the “Second Front”, D-Day and beyond, including the helmet and rifle from a German Soldier that fell on D-Day.
